About CazzleCan

CazzleCan's principal consultant Carole Halfacre has a zest for life and a passion for helping people develop in whatever way they can to help achieve their business and life objectives.

Work and life opportunities to date have enabled her to work to bring out the best in people so they can achieve great results for their organisations and themselves.

'Growing your own approach is one of my philosophies so that people are not shoe horned into a one size fits all way of working'

Resourceful, people focused and approachable, Carole is a Housing and Sales and Marketing professional with 25 years experience of working at strategic and operational levels with social housing, private sector businesses and volunteers and over the past three years builders and developers in health and safety in construction.

With professional qualifications in housing and sales and marketing Carole has supported a large portfolio of organisations in the public, private and voluntary sectors including social housing providers, small builders and other trades in the construction industry, as well as small manufacturing industries, tenants and community groups and corporate providers.

Carole's career has always had a strong 'people' bias with a focus on personal development and training, community engagement, empowerment, scrutiny and project management. She has worked as a consultant for many years either independently or inhouse most recently for Bespoke Safety Solutions (BSS) Ltd where she is a Director and HouseMark.

Her down to earth approach has helped to encourage and engage people in a variety of projects whether they are staff, volunteers or working at a more strategic or governance level. Her roles in front line housing management for a London local authority and a housing association as well as for the regulator as a policy advisor and as a project manager, have helped to embed and develop a drive for achieving effective and efficient ways of working. She is carrying this experience forward in her current role as a Director of a busy health and safety consultancy where she is 'hands on' with fire risk assessments, COSHH assessments, asbestos awareness training, health and safety policy reviews and assisting with applications for a range of accreditation schemes.
